I have grown up with all types of sea food and have tried everything from sushi to oysters.  Cooked or raw, I am more than willing to experiment and eat something at least once.  As long as it is fresh I will eat it!

 

My favourites are salmon, king prawns, scallops, lobster & cuttlefish.  I like white fish but not in fish & chips (something my husband just cannot understand). I personally feel fish like cod, haddock or ling need to be assisted with oriental flavours to enhance their taste.  I don't want to start a war of words here as I have one at home already about my attitude toward white fish!  All I am saying is give me a chance to show you a tastier way.

 

So I hope you enjoy my entries in the next few weeks and do let me know what you think after you have tried any of the recipes at home.
